3 State 3 Mountain Challenge 2010

Several members of WBI Cycling will be present at this weekends 3 State 3 Mountain Challenge in Chattanooga

The 3 State 3 Mountain Challenge is one of the southeast’s most scenic and challenging centuries. The rigorous 100-mile option will take you through 3 states (Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia) and over 3 mountains (Suck Creek, Sand and Lookout). Climb and descend Lookout Mountain over the same course as the 2007 Tour de Georgia. The moderate 62-mile option spans 2 states (Tennessee and Georgia) and 1 mountain (Suck Creek). ** Full century riders must arrive at the century/metric split in 3 1/2 hours (11:00 am) or risk having no rest stops or road support on the century course. After the cut off time, all riders will be strongly encouraged to take the metric route. Rest stop hours will be posted on cue sheets to help you plan and prepare for your ride.

  1. Phil,

Please take note of the split times so you don’t get left in TN.
